Compulsory audit
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “About auditing” the process of auditing is compulsory procedure for:
- confirmation of validity and completeness of annual financial recording and consolidating financial recording of public limited companies, enterprises – issuers of debentures, professional participants of stock market, financial entities and other objects of ownership, their recording should be known under the legislation of Ukraine, in spite of enterprises and entities which act at the expense of state budget;
- auditing of financial condition of bank founders, companies with foreign investments, public limited companies (in spite of physical party), insuring and holding companies, joint investment institutions, trust committees and other financial agents;
- Issuers of securities during procedure of acquisition of license for acting at a stock market.
Auditing is compulsory procedure in other cases, specified by law of Ukraine.
Unsolicited audit
